designHAUS 24 is a full-service studio built on ground-up construction and substantial renovation. Roman clay fireplaces, cedar paneling, hand-laid ombre tile, custom stained glass. Founder Rachel Chulew is third-generation in the design industry and brings an architectural eye to every plan, describing a floor plan as something she solves like a Rubik’s cube. The results are never showpieces. They are functional, lived-in homes for families of all ages. When her work began drawing publication interest, the website couldn’t carry it.
We built the brand foundation from the ground up, starting with mood direction, a clean typographic logo system, and a brand guide, then designed and built a new site to hold it. We wrote every page, including six project narratives, structured the portfolio to lead with her strongest work, and built a press page ready for what was coming.
The result is a brand that finally matches the caliber of the work, and makes the case for it.
