KTG Design Co. builds homes for the rhythm of mountain living: refined, resilient, and shaped for real life rather than perfection on a page. Founder Katie Geresy and her team work in design-build partnership with architects and builders across Tahoe, Truckee, and mountain communities throughout the West, carrying projects from construction documents through white-glove install. We developed the studio’s positioning and messaging, then mapped a search strategy for a market almost no one was competing in. We wrote and built a site to match, a quiet and layered portfolio experience with a press framework ready to grow into. A full social audit rounded out the picture with a clear plan for reaching second-home owners well beyond the mountains.
